Worship is the main focus in the life of Dilworth Church. We praise God, learn how the Word of God is relevant in our lives, and connect with one another each Sunday.

10am In-Person and Virtual SERVICE

As we find new ways to worship together, both in-person and virtually, we welcome you to join us at 10 am in our sanctuary or virtually through our Facebook. The 10 am service is simultaneously live streamed on our church Facebook page and is a blend of our traditional and Loft services.

ALL people are welcome to worship and be a part of Dilworth Church. Come as you are, for our doors are open to you. Whether in-person or virtual, we know that you will experience the grace of Jesus Christ.

In the Sanctuary

It is wonderful to be able to worship together in our sanctuary once more!

At this time, masks are optional; however, let us be mindful to the needs of those around us.   May we respect and love one another whether wearing a mask or going without.  If someone is wearing a mask, please leave some space if you are not wearing one.

As Matthew 7:12 says, “Treat others as you would want to be treated.”

Thank you for living in Christian love with one another!

If you would like to know more information about our worship service or special worship services throughout the year, please feel free to contact Pastor Michelle or Pastor Cade.

MUSIC OPPORTUNITIES

  • Dilworth UMC is always looking for help from those with musical talents! At this time, our Chancel Choir and Loft Band are working together to lead us in worship during our blended 10 am service. Whether you are interested in traditional and classical or contemporary and alternative worship music, please contact Zach Thompson for more information about leading our congregation in worship through the gift of music.
  • Handbell Choir: Katie McCraw oversees our Handbell Choir AND Ensemble who perform for worship services throughout the year. They practice each Sunday at 5:30 pm and Katie will be glad to talk with you about it.
